Completed in 2008 over Sao Paulo's Pinheiros River, the bizarre element of this scaffold is that its two levels of movement cross each other as they go through the focal arch. Mind you, at 452 feet high, the arch is really great as well. It's what's holding this thing up. During the evening, LED lighting lights the place up like a fourth of July firecrackers show. The floodlights have really been stolen previously, at a substitution cost of around a large portion of a million dollars.
