Overseas Highway, Florida
Worked in the 1930's, the Overseas Highway pursues the way of a now outdated railroad track that once traversed the Florida Keys. Today, the 113-mile Overseas Highway works as the southernmost leg of US 1 and reaches out from territory Florida to Key West. As the parkway skips from island to island, drivers get a full perspective of the great, turquoise waters encompassing them.
