Nigeria's capital, Abuja was worked in the 80's before being arranging Lagos as the capital city of the most crowded dark country on the planet by the organization of General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB) in 1991. The city is one of the most extravagant and most costly in Africa.
